$150 for Individual therapy
$225 for 90 minute session
Insurance
For Oregon I am currently only able to accept private pay clients.
For Washington clients I can bill as in-network with the following insurance providers:
- Regence BlueShield of Washington
- Aetna
- Cigna
- United Healthcare
- Optum
- Oscar
For Oklahoma clients I can bill as in-network with the following insurance providers:
- Aetna
- Cigna
- United Healthcare
- Optum
- Oscar
I can also provide a super bill for clients wishing to bill their insurance as out-of-network for reimbursement. For out of network claims client's are responsible for billing their insurance for on their own for reimbursement and payment is still due at time of service.
